Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Your tracking information should be updated once the shipping courier scans the package into their system.
We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please submit a ticket via our contact page in order for us to best assist with your request. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered products with original tags for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs. For international orders, duties/taxes will not be eligible for a refund.
We are currently not set up for exchanges. Products may instead be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy above.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return.
We ship almost everywhere in the world with DHL Express.
If you are shopping outside of the United States, your your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by LUVLY and are beyond our control. If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.
